Purpose:	Instructions for updating WinMason Lodges & Secrtaries
File:		LodgeUpdt.zip
Contents:	This file contains the list of current lodges (after consolidations)
		and the updated list of Secretaries for use in the WinMason program.
		The file is zipped and will be unzipped by the update screen for you.
			
		The update screen will do the following:
		a) Copy the file from the A: to c:\WinMason\import 
		   directory.
		b) Unzip (extract the files)
		c) Copy your existing lodges.dbf to a temporary directory.
		d) Import the Updated file.
		e) Put BACK any comments or notes you have on the old file.
		f) Delete the files in the \import directory.


*-- Instructions for Updating your files.

1) Download the file LodgeUpdt.zip 
2) Copy the file onto a blank 3.5" diskette.
3) Place the file in your A: drive.
4) Open WinMason
5) From the top line menu click <Utilities><Update Lodges & Secretaries>
6) From the 'Lodge Update Screen' click on the button 'Update'
7) Follow instructions.
